Flight Information

You will receive luggage tags before you leave home. Use them! They must be placed near the handle of your suitcase. Fill them out in large, legible letters. It is also wise to put your name somewhere on the inside of your case. You will also receive a name tag. Wear it for at least three or four days. This will give everyone in the group a chance to get acquainted. It will also help us keep track of the party and facilitate passage through custom points. After you check in for the overseas flight and have selected your seat, you will be given a boarding card. Keep your boarding card handy. Your airline will collect the boarding card just before you board the airplane. Please put your passport away. You will not need it again until you get to your destination.
