Dear Creative Travel Partners:
We were a group of 21 people (most members of Zion Lutheran Church) that recently returned from Israel. What a fabulous experience it was!
From the day that we began working with the staff at Creative Travel Partners it was evident that they would work to make sure this trip was everything we hoped it would be. The staff was helpful and assuring every step of the way. They were patient (to the point of sainthood!) and answered any and all of the questions our group asked them. By the time we left on the trip, we were confident and well prepared.
A staff member personally met us at Chicago O’Hare. It was great to finally be able to put a face to a name. She “gathered us all together” from different airlines, made sure any needs were taken care of and “saw us off.” We were very appreciative of this since our group included two elderly couples and a woman who had special needs because of MS.
Someone from the company, whether representative, guide or bus driver took care of us every step of the way. Everyone was courteous and accommodating, even going out of their way when they wouldn’t of had to. We were especially impressed with our guide and bus driver in Israel. We saw more in Israel than what many other companies offered. Our accommodations were first-class (in most cases, 5 star!). The staff even followed up on us after we arrived back in Rapid City.
Our trip to Israel was a wonderful and positive experience because of the caring and competent staff at Creative Travel Partners, Inc. We are truly thankful to them for all their hard work.
