June 17, 2002 Creative Travel Partners, Inc. Dear Larry, We have just returned from our Inside Alaska Cruise on the Norwegian Sky and had a marvelous experience. The accommodations, food, entertainment, on-shore excursions were excellent and the staff was always attentive to our group. We are deeply grateful to you for rescuing our tour when TTI closed. Again today, one of our group asked for your address just to say Thank You. I am personally thrilled that you have started your own company and look forward to a long association with you and your travel group. It has always been obvious that you know the business and have all the connections necessary to serve tour groups well, but what I appreciate most is your continual emphasis on giving tour groups "just a little more" than we might expect. I recall our trip to the Holy Land three years ago when our flight from Milan to Tel Aviv was cancelled. You gave us a tour of Milan, a place to shower and nap before going to Amman, Jordan. Our group still talks about the wonder of Jerash, which we saw on our bus trip from Amman to Tiberias, Israel – all at no extra cost to us! I shall eagerly recommend Creative Travel Partners under your direction to anyone interested in organizing a tour, and will be organizing another here shortly. Just today we viewed some of our pictures from the Cruise, and was asked "Where next?" I plan to send a questionnaire to a large group of people with possible tours and ask them to indicate their level of interest. From comments, thus far I think it will be Italy or Germany, Austria or such, especially the land of Martin Luther, since ours is a Lutheran Church. Thanks again for great leadership and service.
