When does the tour host receive all final schedules, lists, and all other necessary material?

Creative Travel Partners will send name tags, luggage tags, flight schedules, hotel lists, and other final information to the tour host approximately three weeks prior to departure, provided that the tour has been paid in full. The tour host should then place these materials in the hands of the passengers approximately ten days prior to departure.
