In July of 2005, I had the opportunity to host a 12-day turkey/Greek Island tour for 29 colleagues who had attended a convention in Athens. This gave me a unique perspective into how efficiently and competently the itinerary, which I developed with you, was carried out. I again requested our previous guide who is a young Turkish man. He continued to be an exceptional guide relative to his knowledge of all of the sites visited, the culture and history of the Turkish people and the areas we explored. He was very sensitive to the needs and desires of the group. I received many complements on his services and almost everyone expressed that he was the best guide they have ever had on a tour. We traveled by air, cruise ship, motor coach, ferry, and horse drawn carriages. CruiseClub Holidays and Transbalkan Travel Services were always prompt and on time for all of our transfers. The interim guides and drivers were most courteous and efficient and knowledgeable. They were willing to answer questions and go the extra mile to make sure that we were all comfortable and well taken care of. The entire group was always assured that the itinerary was carried out without any compromises. The hotels were all outstanding; many with swimming pools and additional amenities, and the check-ins were well organized. I have received many oral and written complements from the group about this unique travel experience and they indicated they would not have made any changes.
