DAY 01 – U.S.A. / MADRID
Departure from U.S.A. Dinner will be served on board with refreshments.

DAY 02 – MADRID
Mid day arrival in Madrid where you will be met and assisted by our representative. Enjoy a panoramic tour before arriving at your hotel. The balance of the day will be free to enjoy the many sights around Madrid. Dinner and overnight in Madrid.

DAY 03 – ZARAGOZA
You will depart this morning for Zaragoza, the capital city of the Aragon region. Veneration of the Virgin has remained a strong tradition in Zaragoza, stimulating processions, festivals, and continued pilgrimages to this 17th century cathedral, Our Lady of Pilar. In the early Christian era, pilgrims trekked to Zaragoza to pray at the site where Saint James was to have been visited by the Virgin in 40 A.D., before her Assumption. You will tour the Basilica of Our Lady of Pilar and celebrate Mass. Dinner and overnight in Zaragoza.

DAY 04 – LOURDES, FRANCE
This morning you will depart for Lourdes. The journey takes you across the prestigious Pyrenees Mountains where the scenery is spectacular. Arrive Lourdes this afternoon and check into your hotel. Enjoy the balance of the afternoon to explore the city, the basilicas, and the baths. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes.

DAY 05 – LOURDES
The town of Lourdes, with its 17,000 inhabitants, is renowned for the eighteen apparitions witnessed by Bernadette Soubirous in 1858. It is also known today as a healing sanctuary visited annually by millions of pilgrims. This morning you will tour the Sanctuary and Grotto followed by a Mass at the Grotto. The remainder of the day will be free to take the baths, walk the Stations of the Cross, or join the Blessing of the Sick. After dinner, plan to join the magnificent Candlelight Procession. Overnight in Lourdes.

DAY 06 – SANTANDER, SPAIN
Depart from Lourdes early this morning. Today you will enjoy a leisurely drive through Southern France with a late afternoon arrival in Santander for dinner and your overnight. Located on the Bay Santander, you will delight in the sights and sounds of this charming city.

DAY 07 – COVADONGA / LA CORUNA
Depart this morning for Covadonga. Upon arrival, you will celebrate Mass at the Basilica, followed by a tour of this beautiful mountain shrine. The image of the Virgin is kept in a natural grotto of the rockface of Mount Auseva. After a relaxing visit in this peaceful setting, you will continue on to La Coruna for dinner and overnight.

DAY 08 – SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA / PORTO, PORTUGAL
Travel a short distance this morning from La Coruna to Santiago de Compostela, the most famous pilgrimage center in Europe. As far back as the Middle Ages, Europeans have been making pilgrimages to Santiago. Tour the impressive Cathedral containing the Tomb of Saint James and celebrate Mass in the Basilica. Continue on to Porto, the second largest city in Portugal. Enjoy dinner and overnight in this lovely port city.

DAY 09 – PORTO / FATIMA
Today you will depart for Fatima, traveling south to the university city of Coimbra. Here you will celebrate Mass at the Convent of Santa Clara La Nova. In the afternoon, continue through the scenic Portuguese countryside to Fatima, Dinner and overnight.

DAY 10 – FATIMA
This morning, you will tour Aljustrel, the home of the children to whom the Virgin appeared, and Valinhos, where Our Lady appeared to the children in August 1917, after they were released from prison. This afternoon, tour the Basilica with the Tombs of Jacinta and Francisco, the Chapel of Apparitions where Our Lady appeared, the Chapel of Adoration, and the Miraculous Fountain. Celebrate Mass at the Basilica. The remainder of the day will be free for private devotions. After dinner, join the beautiful evening Candlelight Procession.

Day 11 – FATIMA / LISBON
This morning your depart Fatima, traveling to Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. Upon arrival in Lisbon you will have a half day sightseeing tour, visiting the Royal Coaches Museum. Afternoon free to explore on your own. Dinner and overnight in Lisbon.

Day 12 – LISBON / SAN FRANCISCO
Your departure from Lisbon will be early in the morning. You will transfer to the airport for your flight back to the United States.
