Just to give you an idea…just today I have got an email that the diesel has been increased another 10% starting June 1st 2008. Again, we did not know that this will happen but we have to absorb the cost. I know that it is the same things that you have been hearing from me since the beginning of this year but this is what is happening in the country! We are always supportive of you but what to do when we are faced by these issues on daily basis!

As for the Marriott and Moevenpicks: these 2 chains have agreed together on doubling the prices and almost an increase of 120% from NOV 2008. We have been fighting with them for a while on the professional and personal channels but they will not budge. Example of what is happening in these hotels which will give you a clearer idea:

• They give rates on standard rooms- superior rooms- deluxe rooms—etc.
• They have a high season / low season / peak season / middle season…etc.
• They sell based on a room and not PP in DBL or triple.
• They sell the breakfast and dinner as supp. which is of course subject to increase and never decrease.

Again, these are deluxe hotels and they do not care any more as the business is coming no matter what according to them.

When we price a group for you, we ask for confirmation first as we are loosing so much money this year to be able to price according to what I get. I know you are saying we are expensive…but we are becoming more expensive on daily basis.

I am going back and forth on daily basis regarding prices and negotiations with all hotels.
